This website belongs to Dr. Jonathan Masson (Yonathan Masson Lezama), plastic surgeon in Medellín, Colombia. By using it you accept these terms.

1. Medical notice

• The content of this site is general and informative. It does not replace a medical consultation, a diagnosis, a treatment indication or informed consent.
• Every procedure requires an individual assessment. Only the physician, after assessing you, can say whether a procedure is right for you.
• Results vary from person to person. Photos, videos and testimonials are not a promise or guarantee of results.
• Recovery, stay and travel figures are general ranges. Your dates are defined by the physician.

2. Communications and emergencies

Writing by WhatsApp or email is not a medical consultation and does not book an appointment until the practice confirms it. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency service or call your country's emergency number (in Colombia, 123).

3. Prices

The site does not publish prices. The cost of each procedure is given after the consultation, because it depends on each case.

4. Intellectual property

• The site's own texts, design, logo, photographs and videos belong to Dr. Jonathan Masson and are protected by Colombian copyright law (Law 23 of 1982 and Andean Decision 351 of 1993).
• They may not be copied, modified or distributed without prior written authorization.
• Photographs of Medellín belong to their authors and are used under free licenses (Creative Commons); credits appear next to each image.

5. Patient material

Patient photographs, videos and testimonials are published with each patient's written authorization. Images are not retouched to alter the result. Downloading, copying or reusing this material is prohibited. More details in the Privacy Policy.

6. Reviews and third-party links

Google reviews are public opinions of their authors, shown from Google; the practice does not write or edit them. Links to WhatsApp, social media, Google Maps, ReTHUS, REPS and other sites are governed by each provider's terms.

7. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
